Membership Agreement

By signing my name below and clicking Submit, I agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, and policies of Brackett's Crossing Country Club now in effect or hereafter adopted. Brackett's Crossing Country Club reserves the right to refuse renewal or to terminate any member's membership if the member has broken any club rules or polices or conducted himself/herself in a manner that has been disruptive to the other members, guests, or employees. I further understand that if I choose to resign my membership, my resignation must be in writing, and I am responsible for the completion of the membership year, including any and all dues or minimum spending requirements and all purchases or charges made to my account. Unpaid balances more than one month overdue are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month (18% annual percentage rate) from the date first billed. In addition, I will be responsible for any interest and attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in collection of said unpaid moneys. Memberships are non-transferable.

I hereby certify that the information contained on this application is true and correct and authorize Brackett's Crossing Country Club to make credit inquiries as may be necessary to process this application. I further authorize Brackett's Crossing Country Club to contact me via email and SMS. I hereby give Brackett's Crossing Country Club, its assigns, licensees and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my and others listed on my account's name/photograph/image/audio recording/video recording/ and likeness (My Image) in all forms and manner including but not limited to publication on Internet Web Sites, broadcasts and any other publications as released to or by Brackett's Crossing Country Club.

Once this form is received, Brackett's Crossing Country Club Staff will contact you with membership information, including your member number and the means of payment for any deposit, initiation, and dues.
