Sous Chef: As a Sous Chef you assist in managing our professional kitchen. You team up with our Chefs to create outstanding food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for our member dining restaurants and banquets & catering. You will focus on using local and sustainable ingredients obtained from our vendors as well as our onsite gardens. Your responsibilities also include writing and managing daily production lists and the execution of these lists. Involved in all aspects of food from sauces, soups, meat fabrication, and knife work. Assist with purchasing and receiving products daily, working with vendors and utilize their purchasing systems. You will also lead the cooks during meal periods running the pass, plating and cooking to ensure consistently great food for our members and guests.
Required Attributes: Must possess strong culinary skills, well organized and physically able to do what is required for this position.
Desired Qualifications: 5 years of culinary experience, interest and hands on knowledge with Farm to Table foods, desire & passion to effectively learn and train for the next level of management.
Line Cook ~ Team up with our Chefs to create outstanding food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for our member dining restaurants. Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Variable, Non-Exempt position. Flexible schedules available Monday - Sunday from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Wage: $19.00 / hour
Stewards/Dishwashers & Prep ~ We have a few openings for motivated and reliable individuals that are willing to jump in and help whenever needed. Main responsibilities will be washing dishes, food prep and keeping our kitchen clean.
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Non-Exempt, Entry Level position. Hours of operation are typically from 6:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Monday – Sunday. Individual schedules vary during the hours of operation.
Wage: $16.00 / Hour
Bartenders ~ Dazzle us with your beverage knowledge and expedite fast & friendly service to our members and all guests of our club. Available 15-25 hours per week; day, evening and weekend shifts.
Restaurant Servers ~ Friendly, energetic servers who can provide an excellent "Dining" experience with immediate attention and superior food service to our members and all guests of our club. Available 15-25 hours per week; day, evening and weekend shifts.
Assistant Banquet Manager: The Assistant Banquet Manager will manage and motivate the banquet team while actively assisting in maintaining high standards of service for all banquet, catering and designated member events. This individual will provide clear and concise communication between all departments and clients to ensure the success of events. Organization, strategic planning and execution while maintaining a positive, customer service mindset is required.
Required Attributes: Maintain a professional level of appearance, hospitality and service to all members, guests & colleagues. Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic with hands on approach that has the desire to work. Well organized, creative, communication proficient and ability to work independently and within a team. Valid Driver’s License, Serv Safe Certified.
Desired Qualifications: Hospitality degree and/or experience in the hospitality field with management experience.
