Brackett's Crossing Dining Facilities

Our dining facilities are newly renovated (2009) and have a contemporary and professional d├ęcor. The dining facilities include a casual bar, casual restaurant and fine dining area.

Our Executive Chef Greg Colline has more than 25 years of culinary experience. Chef Colline is currently Professional Chef 2 Certified through the Culinary Institute of America. His previous experience has been with Mystic Lake Casino, Bon Appetit Management Company at St. Olaf College, Medtronics, Carleton College and Executive Chef of Catering at the U of M..
