Our dining facilities are newly renovated (2009) and have a contemporary and professional décor. The dining facilities include a casual bar, casual restaurant and fine dining area.
Our Executive Chef Bryan Schouten has more than 25 years of culinary experience. Chef Schouten started his culinary journey at the Executive Bay Yacht Club and studied under French Canadian Chef, Jonathan Clark. After graduating from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, Chef Schouten attended and received his Culinary Arts Degree with Honors from the Minneapolis Culinary School.
Chef Schouten was on the culinary team at the Canyons for the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics and was on the NBC culinary team for the Today Show. Chef Schouton won the First Prize Award at the Minnesota Fine Arts Society’s Chocolate Competition in 2007, and the People Choice awards in the 2007 & 2009 “Taste of Elegance” Pork Competition.
